What days do you deliver?
We deliver on Thursdays and Friday between 8am to 6pm.
Can I cancel my order?
As this is a food item, if you need to cancel your order, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Can I pre-order for a future date?
Yes, you can pre-order up to 14 days in advance.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide to UK addresses excluding Ireland and the Scottish Highlands
Which courier service do you use?
We use APC to send our Fat Turk Fresh cook at home boxes who deliver between 8am-6pm. If you provide us with a mobile number or email address, then APC will contact you regarding your delivery.
Delivery is £6.95.
What happens if I’m not in when my parcel arrives?
Our boxes if unopened, will remain chilled for 36 hours. We do recommend you unpack and refrigerate your box items as soon as you can after delivery to you. If you are not in to collect delivery, then our courier will leave the order in a safe place unless you have instructed us otherwise.
How are the boxes packages and kept cold?
All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well-sealed. We use food safe chill packs and high performance woolcool fleece thermal insulation within the box. The ingredients will stay perfectly chilled for 36 hours. We do recommend you unpack and refrigerate your box items as soon as you can after delivery to you.
How quickly to do I need to eat my Fat Turk Fresh cook at home box?
Our boxes can be enjoyed up to 48 hours once received – we do recommend putting the ingredients in the fridge when your box arrives to ensure they stay cool.
Can I return my box if I am not happy with the quality?
As the goods are perishable, we do not accept returns or refunds but if you are not entirely happy with the contents of your Fat Turk Fresh cook at home box, please email us at info@thefatturk.com.
