Prior to all private dining bookings customers are required to speak to the restaurant and view the rooms to discuss their requirements with management.
All three Long Room menus are designed for sharing and will include meze dishes for the table to share to start followed by Fat Turk platters per 4 diners and salad bowls.
The platters consist of sweet pepper and garlic chicken breast sis, prime leg of lamb sis with oregano and spiced minced lamb kofte served on a bed of pilaf rice.
To finish we serve a selection of petit four desserts.
Any non-meat eaters can be catered for with their own main dish from our fish, vegetarian and salad options from the A La Carte menu.
Please indicate if you have any food related requests and we will do our best to ensure that we cater for it.

Booking is only confirmed upon receipt of deposit amount in full and at no time before.
Final Numbers
Confirmation of final numbers is required 48 hours before the date of the function. Should your party subsequently reduce in size, the minimum required numbers of guests will be charged.
Menus
We will send you menu options on booking and will need your choice as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before your booking date (except late bookings).

Policies
Minimum dining age is 12 years old Monday to Saturday and no minimum age on Sundays. Minimum age for admittance to Champagne bar is 21 years old.
No same sex parties allowed, with the exceptions of daytime Baby Showers.
Balloons and cake are permitted but no banners or table sprinkles.
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of deposit only.
Please note your vacate time is when we require the room cleared and available for the restaurants further use.
Please note this includes the clearance of any decorations, balloons and light up letters etc.
Anything left will be disposed of.
Cancellation Policy
28 days’ notice of cancellation is required for full refund of deposit – anything under 28 days the deposit is non-refundable.
Please note Private Dining is located on the first floor, therefore does not have disabled access.
